Special times call for special measures. While dealing with seemingly eternal quarantine hours, some of the brightest Hollywood stars were in no way on a vacation.
It turns out, the A-list crew like Joe Jonas, Jennifer Garner and Sophie Turner have been secretly working on a rather unusual recreation of “The Princess Bride.” Filmed entirely at the comfort of actors’ homes, the DIY remake was shot using phones only. It was then mashed into a series of the classic that aired on Quibi this Monday and will go on for two weeks.
Jason Reitman, a filmmaker and man behind the idea, told Vanity Fair: “I just thought, Can we remake an entire movie at home? And I had seen that a fan-made Star Wars had been done.”
Everyone got on board and cooked up something our cinematographic tastes aren’t quite used to. So get some popcorn and let’s take a look at the sneak peeks down below!
